  • Full Time – Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

With over 60 employees/contractors serving the over 65’s across Metropolitan Melbourne through the delivery of Home Care Package (HCP) massages. The TCMM team consist of dedicated, passionate, professionals who have found their talent in mobile massaging

Rewarding remuneration subject to experience and qualifications.

Included but not limited to:

  • Experience in rostering/scheduling
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude and ability to multitask between phones, emails, and scheduling
  • Lateral thinking/problem solving
  • Ensure therapist rosters are full and completed in a timely manner
  • Ability to work well under pressure and think outside the box
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ability to build trust and rapport
  • Working effectively with support office, therapists and management
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with direct care of staff and providing ongoing support and management
  • Ensuring the continuity of care & client program though effective rostering
  • Team player with a positive can-do attitude
  • Proficient computer stills
  • Program used ‘Visual Care’ (highly regarded but not essential)


  • Keen eye for detail
  • Prior experience in rostering
  • A confident and personable approach
  • Ensuring the day runs smoothly
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A great work ethic and attitude
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills in Word, Excel & Data Entry
  • A committed and dedicated approach
  • Be a good listener and people person
