How to join our Massage Team

1. Start your applicaton

Start by applying now and completing the application process. You’ll need at least a Certificate IV in massage and a valid driver’s license.

2. Paid induction training

Once your application has been approved, we’ll invite you to join our induction training (you’ll be paid for your training time).

3. Start massaging jobs

After you completed the training – welcome to the team! You’ll start massaging clients soon after your training (with immediate starts available in many areas).

Guaranteed, consistent massage jobs

In partnership with over 100+ aged care providers, we have a high demand for massage therapists
Up to 15 massages per week
Immediate starts are available, subject to location
We even pay you for client cancellations, so you know you’ll always have consistent income each week

3-4 days/week permanent part-time

Flexible work hours between 9:30am - 3:30pm or 5pm
As little as 2 days per week up to as much as 4 days per week, depending on your schedule and availability
We handle all the boring bits - booking in clients, rebooking, marketing, finding clients, and scheduling. It's all covered by our full-time support staff in Melbourne

Earn up to $71,500 annual salary plus super*

*Exact salary depends on hours and contact type as per the finalised employment agreement.

What qualifications do I need to apply?

Here’s what you need to apply:

Diploma of Remedial Massage (preferred) or a minimum Certificate IV (with continuation to Diploma)
Availability from 9am to 6pm – Monday to Friday (for two to four days a week)
Current first aid certificate
Current insurance
A valid driver’s licence and transport
Current Association membership
Portable massage table and cover
Current police check
COVID vaccination
