Agewell Mobile Massage received a lot of positive feedback at the Dementia and Recreation National Conference in Melbourne this week. Many delegates commented on how staff massages and wellness days would be well received and are much needed. We met a number of lifestyle co-ordinators and diversional therapists who were keen to learn more about our services.
The common theme we were hearing was how touch is vital for aged care residents as part of their overall wellbeing. We came away greatly encouraged by the interaction and it appears that many attendees genuinely enjoyed their complimentary chair massage.
